Thorley vs Leach headers

It's been a little while since this was discussed, and my memory
has failed me (once again).

Does anyone remember if Thorley made the MP headers for pre-magnums
and Leach for the magnums? Or, was it that Thorley made the MP headers
for the '96 and older, and Leach for the '97 and newer?
