Unless the subs have a 8 ohm impedence, you can't bridge and run both subs.
One per channel is a safe bet. Of course, some amps are stable bridged to a
2 ohm load. If you have one of these, you can bridge it into two. Two 4
ohm subs bridged in series will give you an 8 ohm load, but less power from
your amp. Two 4 ohm subs wired in parallel will give you a 2 ohm load, but
your amp has to be stable to do it.
