intermediate shaft on the steering shaft.. pretty comon. Got mine fixed
under warranty, doing it again. Has been like this for 2 years now, guess it
won't hurt anything. My 97 Ram did the same thing.

there is a TSB for the 4x4's, but not the 2x4's
