Yep, I use the small ones (I think they're 2 inch diameter). Not too
obtrusive. They're only a couple of bucks at any auto parts store.

They're easy to get off -- just use a bit of WD-40. I found that
accidentally when removing a sticker that the previous owner put on my
side mirror, of all places. I hit the sticker with a bit too much WD-40,
it ran down the mirror, and the blindspot mirror fell off. Had to
replace the sticky foam tape.
