I don't remember the year it started but rear wheel ABS is std on 2000's.
It's optional to get 4-wheel ABS.

Subject: DML: ABS Brakes

This is a dumb question but.
How do I know if I have rear ABS? I have a '98 Dakota Sport. The only option
is a radio. When I bought it (used) I asked about the ABS light (it has one)
the dealer told me this truck didnt have ABS.
I live in Minnesota and never noticed ABS when I was breaking in the snow
and
ice.
Today I was under the hood and noticed something after the master cylinder
in
the breaks it kind of looks like an ABS system.
Thanks Ron
