I think you need to go to the dealer. Read the warranty closely. A
warranty is basically "we'll pay if there's something wrong" and most
places won't pay for someone else to do the work, , especially work that
they don't think needs to be done.
 
If you've got a V8, then yes, you probably have the infamous knock.
There are 3 TSBs for it - to check the intake manifold gasket for a
leak, reroute the spark plug wires, and flash the PCM with a new
program.
