Throttle Plate screws

Well, good news / bad news kinda thing here. I started modifying my used throttle body last night. In the process of disassembling the darn thing though I ruined the torx head screws that hold the throttle plates in the shaft. Well, I hate torx head screws anyway, so I went throught the shop looking for some replacements. The best thing I found is some phillips button head screws. They're stainless, I wouldn't think this would be a problem, but I figured I'd ask the opinion of the people that have done this stuff before. I know I've heard stainless on the air cleaner hold down is a no-no, anyone know if I can get by alright using those to hold the throttle plates in place?

On the lighter side, I got as far as milling the air horns off....prolley gonna start the dremel and polishing work tomorrow night. Woohoo!!!
