The wheels are easy. They are hub caps. Click on the pic of the wheel and a
larger image will appear. You can clearly see the stock stamped steel wheel
behind the cap.
The door panel looks like the stripper interior panel without cloth inserts.
Note the radio. It's an aftermarket unit. In a truck like this, I suspect
the radio was added as it came from the factory without one.
