    I remember when synchronizers were mostly only in car trannys. I drove a
butane delivery truck in hi school that you had to double clutch every gear
but 4th. Only way to down shift to "Granny Low" was to rev it to Red Line
and damn near come to a stop and start over. YIPES, I'm telling me age now.
