Explain your exhaust system? Also the V8 TB could be bogging you down in
the low RPM range as well as using more gas. Bernd probably has more to say
about it. 3.92's would definitely help the low end...but still not sure if
it's bogging or lacking power.

Subject: DML: 11 mpg on a v6, and bogging prob.

ok after checking it on 2 tanks, my last mpg was 11.6 and 11.8. i have a 95
x-cab v6 auto. the plugs looked fine, O2 was replaced a few weeks ago. this
was all city driving and short trips. and yes i do have a heavy foot. but i
still should be getting better than 11 on a v6. a v8 gets better. also my
truck sometime will spin em good from a standstill, other times it will bog.
Bernds IAT adjuster, underdrive crank pulley, and elec fan, helped, but it
isn't real strong out the hole. any way i can fix this? it pulls strong at
higher rpms, but it sucks at low rpms. would 3.92 fix this? my mods are at
http://www.angelfire.com/la3/finedak thanks ya'll
