Probably wouldn't affect it that much. As long as you stay with a lock-up
converter, you should be fine. The 2400 rpm stall will let the engine get up
into the powerband quicker, so it won't lug as bad off the line. That might
work to your advantage on the mileage if you can keep your foot out of it!
