Hey Geoff.. I've driven several V6 Dakotas.. And on the new ones was
breaking traction going into 3rd QUITE often. and a couple of 4th gear chirps
as well.. You must have an automatic.. cause a 5spd 3.9L will just plain
melt the tires. My little 2.5L has no trouble breaking traction through 1st
& 2nd.
