That sounds a little bit unconstitutional to me. They will pass a open
element K&N and not others. They are restricting your options. K&N is
obviously not the only option out there. IMO that would go against fair
business practices. I think Volant would have an interest in fighting this
as well. The fewere choices you have, the higher they can run the prices,
and if you have to pay sales tax, the more tax the state collects.
