Hi, Ed

Yep. Hank has been writing on the MML about the great times
you're running with your R/T.

I recently put in a 3000 stall converter and have taken it to
the track once since then. Comparison of average times
with the previous visit and stock converter is certainly
encouraging. On average, I've dropped the 60' times by
.13 sec and the 1/4 by .23 sec.

I was also curious if I would suffer traction problems with the
new converter. I got wheel spin (not a tremendous amount)
on all 8 runs, and a bit of wheel hop when I dropped the air
pressure in the BFG drag radials to 16 lb. I got a pair of
home-made clamps on each spring. I think a lot has to do
with the launch pad that I go to (not know to be great) and
the fact that not a lot of the 'big' boys have run this year.

I was wondering if you had any tips for improving traction
a little. You must be hooking up really well with the times
you run. My only thought to date is that a switch to
MT DOT ET Streets may be better.

Thanks
Bob
