Subject: DML: R/T SPANK for the day.

I was going to visit the Dodge dealer this morning and a 99-2000 Flame
Red R/T pulls up beside me at the light. Good looking truck, Had Checkered
Flag decals under the R/T decals. When the lite changed, he got in it pretty
good so I just stayed close to him. We got caught at the next light and he
kicked it up in neutral and goosed it a bit so I could hear the pipes. I did
the same and knew right then a race was born.
When the light changed, off we went. I pulled him about a fender in 1st
but 2nd was a whole new ball game. Jumped him hard when I shifted and walked
away by 2 car lengths, so I just let off and went to 5th. No need to go any
further with that race. The point had already been made.
I slowed down to well under the speed limit but he never would catch up
to me in the next mile. The guy turned left at the next light, Don't know if
he was going to turn there or was just ducking his embarassment. By the way
(Ray) this was on a 4 lane hi-way not a city street.

        Bill
