I'm not doubting or questioning the "Leach PCM's" at all on this. But yes, I
ran with the factory 19#, FMS 19# HighFlow, and now with the 24# injectors.
24# highly recommended for anything at 9#+ boost.
On the '99 R/T I worked on, we swapped out to the FMS 24# before the Powerdyne
install and the mileage went up 1mpg on the overhead. (Sounds like they run
lean from the factory to me.) The throttle response was also much better and
the 9# Powerdyne pulley on it only requires 1 degree of retard on the BTM Dial.
