As long as it's just gear whine I wouldn't worry about it. If it starts sounding like bearings, then it's something ot worry about. These trucks do have heavy duty transmissions and transfer cases, that's what they do, whine. I know the past couple weeks mine started whining a little louder, but it's all in the gears nothing to worry about. Mine is all stock still too.
