Pretty easy. They're auto-adjusting, which happens when you hit the brakes
while going backwards. Find an empty parking lot, pop it into reverse, get
rolling (5-10 MPH), then hit the brakes. Watch out, though - your front
end will get light and probably lock up the wheels, or at least skid,
unless you have 4 wheel ABS.
