  That will move your speedometer closer to being correct. At 60mph actual
speed, the speedometer should now be reading about 4mph slower than before
the tire change. Still not quite correct probably, but its closer. Feel
free to play with the Tire Calculator, that might give you some feel
for the change: http://www.dakota-truck.net/tirecalc/

  The calculator currently only accepts the metric style measurements, but
you can just plug in 241/79 R15 for your 30x9.5s, which should be pretty
close.
