Hey Shane,

    106 is advanced a little too much IMHO. I would go 108 max. They call
for 109, but mine ended up at 110 and I left it there. 1 degree won't make a
noticeable difference. Oh, and I'm almost positive that I've got a pack of
offset keys in my garage that I never used... interested?
