No, it's not. You'll have to order it from your local Dodge Dealer. (Required
on the V6's.) Two words of caution:
(1) Do NOT remove the pin before installing it (tensioner)
(2) Check the timing marks on the Mopar set vs. your original set (mine were
off by about 4 teeth.)
