Hey Kyle
Are you sure you're firing on all cylinders? Is something causing you to run
rich? O2 Sensor maybe. I've almost got twice the miles as you on my 96 and
passed with 22 ppm on the HC where 220 ppm is the standard here in TX.
Honda Civic puts out about 17 ppm so I figure I'm pretty clean.
