Well, it looks to be a better ending to my clutch problem. just got the word today that the transmission was burned up. Since this caused the clutch to go the service contract covers it all. The rental car is taken car of along with everything else. Only thing in dispute might be a $225 special handling charge for fast delivery of the transmission. I can argue this out pretty effectively with the service contract people though. Prolley gonna be the beginning of next week before it's fixed, but at least it ain't all on me. All I'm ultimately responsible for is the 50 dollar deductible on my service contract, sure am glad I opted for that thing....this couldda been real expensive.
