2 tenths on that 60' time is HUGE !! That would be about 4 tenths in the
1/4mi, and maybe more. Going from 3.55 to 3.42 is not that big of a drop.
The 4.7 doesn't respond well to damp conditions, and if the air is damp,
then that usually means the track is also damp!
