Ron,
I don't mean to contradict you too much, but you do have a decided advantage
over me. First, you have a 360 under the hood, I have a 318. I also have a
transfer case, that even though it's in 2 wheel drive mode, I'm still
turning the input shaft and pushing fluid. It also appears from #'s here on
the list that the newer trucks have more power than the 97-99's though I
haven't seen a reason for it.
