on the adjusters, there will be a small bracket that acts as a 1 way lock.
make sure it's not hung up and in contact w/ the adjuster (can only turn
the adjuster 1 way) on the wheel cyls, make sure there isn't any obvious
leaks.. leaks will often times be nothing more than a damp spot, but brake
dust will cling to any dampness. also, *gently* pry back the rubber boot
on the wheel cyls, not all the way off, and make sure to not get any brake
dust behind the boot. sometimes they'll leak in the cyl, but won't be
leaking from out of the dust boot...
