Shave a cork to fit the plug hole. Then, bump the engine (coil wire
grounded) and wait until the cork pops out of the hole. Then, move the
engine carefully backwards or forwards to line up TDC. (Ancient onld
trick that still works...and it's cheap.) ;)

Ok, since I haven't gotten a FSM yet I'm hoping someone will tell me the
easiest way to get to TDC on each cylinder. I assume manually turning
the engine over by hand, however what size is the damn crank pulley bolt
on a 98 5.2L (with the Fan Clutch removed)???? Is there an easier way
to do this?

Thanks,
