I gained mileage with the MP PCM, b/w 1-2mpg... it's all in the right foot
;) but you bring to light a perplexing thought... if you're bothered
about mileage, then why do you need to go beyond the speed limiter? (which
requires hp, which means heavy right foot, which means less mileage)
Other than that, you can unhook the speed sensor harness, just won't have
OD (for auto), nor speedometer...
