Sorry, another oil pressure ??

Ok, my truck had to go to the dealer for the carpet thing, and it had 7 more
miles on it when I got it back than when I took it in( that's being
addressed in the morning, there's no way in hell you need to move a truck to
find a leak!). My question is this-my oil pressure guage has ALWAYS stayed
well on the right side of the "40" mark. Only sometimes when it was real hot
outside, and after an extended driving period would the oil pressure fall to
the "40" mark at an Idle. Now, when I went and picked up my truck yesterday,
I got halfway home in it and was at a stoplight(3 miles from the dealer). I
took a glance at the gauges only to see my oil pressure guage WAY to the
left side of the "40" mark(like I guess where about 30 lbs would be)! Is
there anything that they could've done to it at the dealer that could cause
it to lose oil pressure so much? What if they drove the hell out of it while
it was still cold, wouldn't that have very adverse affects on the bearing
wear/bottom end healthiness? What could they have done to it in 7 miles that
could've caused SO MUCH wear? What about you other guys running 4.7L's? What
does your oil pressure guage show at different conditions? Cold start/cold
run, warm idle/warm run, etc? Does anybody elses guage move to the left of
"40"? I know Matt Barrett said his has been idling to the left side of "40"
for some time, but I haven't given my engine near the amount of hell he has
his! Thanks in advance,
