comin' from a frame scraper I may be able to shed some light on this. =)
You can only go down 3 to 4" without notching the frame. At 4" you should
notch it, otherwise big bumps will cause the rear to hit the frame.
SOmetimes a 2" will cause it to happen on a big enough bump, especially with
the 9 1/4 rear. A shackle/hanger kit won't make any difference
unfortunately. If you want to go low, you gotta' run a notch.
