Superchargers on, WhooooHoooo Q&A

Well, went to a friends house expecting to just hang out. We installed my
PowerDyne while hanging out!!! We skipped the FMU and Fuel pump for now as
I have 24# injectors and an A/F meter that I can keep an I on. I'm running
the stock 6 Pounder, MAN what a difference. The A/F is STILL RICH at WOT!!!
Maybe you folks can guide me here with a few minor issues:

1) Originally I had sent my PCM to Leach for a blower flash, it's been
running rich as shit waiting on the blower. Now, WITHOUT the Extra Fuel
Pump and FMU I am STILL rich at WOT!!! Go figure. This is with the 6#
pulley, I would expect to lean out a little with the 9#er I'm going to put
on after break in. My biggest headache is that after the flash and before
the SC at WOT I would stop at 4600-4700RPMS. When I say stop, it's not a
rev limiter, rather I didn't think their was enough air to blow the fuel.
So now, SC on at WOT I BLAST past 4600RPM's to 5300ish and then it WILL NOT
SHIFT until I slightly let off the throttle, WTF???? When I do let off
slightly BAM I'm through the RPM's in a flash and have to back off again
slightly to shift again. Any Ideas??? I'm thinking that the shift points
are slightly higher and the 6#er isn't feeding enough air to pound through
them. HMMMMM. Suggestions welcome!!!
2) Next, I haven't installed a boost gauge yet, and I'm running the factory
PowerDyne Air filter in the fender well. That puppy is WAY undersized for
this kind of air movement. I plan on moving back to my old 6x9 K&N as soon
as I find a reasonable place to put it, Any suggestions here??? I thought
about the same place as the cold air setup, however this beast chews up a
lot of real estate as it is, I'm concerned that if I put the K&N there the
belt on the SC will rub.
3) I have an IAT adjuster but it does not seem to help any. I can not get
it to lean out at WOT, I need dyno time to get everything right, but I'm
waiting on gauges, K&N filter placement, 9# pulley, and what not first.

Why oh why will my damn truck not shift on it's own??? Not enough air to
blow through???

Next steps are the original 6x9 K&N filter is going back on, and I'm also
installing a test blow by valve for Bernd (not installed yet but it will be,
thanks buddy). I may play with the FMU and new fuel pump but at the moment,
unless the group speaks otherwise, I'm running rich at WOT, why put even
MORE fuel into it??? I've got to tighten down the header y-pipes, AGAIN. I
also HAVE to get my gauges in, I have the A/F hooked up and running but it's
rapped around my 4WD lever;-)... Here's the mods so far just for any folks
