Bob,

Been there, done that. You don't want the 1" drop springs from Sport
Truck direct. They have a much lower spring rate than stock. Might even
be 6 cylinder springs that they just sell to V8 guys with the result
being an added 1" drop. Within months you find it has dropped even
lower. You'll end up with the lowest point on the a-arm pocket hanging
lower than your rim(dangerous!). Major clearance issues where even speed
bumps are a nightmare with stock tires, let alone any low profile tires.
Now that I've looked at your site, if that's where you sit with the
a-arms, you'll also start hitting the fenders with the tires if you
install the springs.

I ended up pulling all of it out and going with the Hotchkis setup. A
stiffer front spring with 1" lower height might cut it, but I never did
find anyone who made them.
