Just curious... have you ever looked down into the TB to see how
dirty it might be?? You might have a IAS sensor that is bad, or
severely gunked up. My '95 did this, cleaned everything with some
B-12 and it ran great. I did have to remove the sensors on the TB
to clean, but the soot was obvious before I did the removal.
