Actually a buddy of mine is attempting to make up a complete replacement fuel
line from tank to new custom fuel rails and needs a dead core to verify the
fittings will adapt to the stock pump.
Remember the days when things like water/fuel/oil pumps as well as starters and
altenators/generators were never replaced completely - just rebuilt.
