If I turn my key "on" the fuel pump will spin up for a few seconds and
then stop. That would coincide with your description of 2 clicks and
stop..... i don't really know though, 2001 has a lot of different
things on them then my good ole '93 does. Sounds like a clock.....
there was a recall on a clockspring I think I heard mentioned ;-)
