Squeaking in the rear end

Hey there, I have a 2000 Dakota Club Cab Sport 4X4 and just recently I
developed a squeaking from I believe the rear end. It is only noticable when
accelerating in 1st, 2nd, and a little into 3rd gear. Most noticable in
first, less in 2nd gear, and even less in 3rd. Like I said, it only happens
when accelerating forward, it doesn't seem to do it in reverse. When I am
just crusing along maintaining speed, it is not there. Any suggestions?
