I wouldn't worry about chebys. Check out there 5.3L, boy thats a weak engine!
Less rwhp than Stock R/T that's only rated at 245hp by Dodge vs 270hp rated by
chevy! My engine is still tight too with only 4400miles.
My RWHP just as of 7-7-01 is 224hp 327tq with my 5.9L

very true .. ill be interested in testin out a i6 chubby just to compare i
test drove a reg. cab dak with 4.7 5-speed and 3.92 gears with antislip and
it was awsome ... fast fast fast .. put it this way ive driven a buddy of
mine's 96 stang cobra and id choose the dak .. darn thing was only 18 grand
to .. but it is just a ticket machine hahaha ..
