MARK, when I sold my 95 318 the guy who bought it did what you did, 2
1/2" pipes, H pipe, sensor in the right side pipe before the H pipe. 1/4
mile times went from 15.1s to 15.4s. NOT GOOD! On my 94 318 I used 92
Magnum manifolds, 2 1/8" compared to 1 7/8", 2 1/4 pipes bent to form an
X. The sensor was installed in the top off the X. 1/4 mile times went
from 14.9s to consistent 14.5s with a best of 14.38. Good Luck! DW
