Re: tranny trouble

The body on my donor truck is almost rusted to hell. My plan was to
take the trans, shifter, steering column, and hood from the 94 and put it
on my 95 the rest of it is junk. I think it will be too much work to do a
tranny conversion, so I'm also considering putting in an aftermarket tranny
but I am hoping I can find one with overdrive. Are there any for the 95 v6?
I know B&M makes a 3 speed racing tranny and I could put that in, but what
effects would that have on my gas milage if I loose a gear? Do any of you
know the gear ratios in the Chrysler 4 speed (overdrive) auto tranny in my
truck? How would they compare to those of aftermarket transmissions?

Thanks
Geoff
