Check for any vacuum leaks around the base of the TB as well as check
all the lines around the manifold.

Hey everyone I have a question about the Quick D TB. Since it's been on
the new 360 it whistles all the time, it used to do this before with the
318 but only when it was cold, as soon as it warmed up it stopped. I've
tried two nearly new IAC motor's and it makes no difference. It sounds
like my old Daytona Shelby with the turbo boosting(that part I like). I
