Those caps are not cheap. The cheapest thing to do is to just buy new one
piece lug nuts. I bought some when I swapped from the 15x7 to the 15x8
wheels. I paid around $1.25 a piece for chromed one piece lug nuts. You
can also check the junk yards for them on old Dodge Shadows as they also
used those lug nut caps.
