A little while back there was some discussiuon about different year keys
working on the DOOR locks. I thought that was pretty interesting so I set
about trying it. I tried my '91 key on my '98 with nothing. I Tried my '91
on my roomtates '99. Nothing. I tried the '91 on my Dad's '99. BINGO! It
worked. I found that pretty cool. Dodge sold us 2 trucks, to 2 Dodge
Family members and the key locks work. Well It gets better. It also works
the ignition!!!
What are the chances that the Door lock and Ignition keys are the same??
And sold to 2 family memebers??!!
Just thought this was pretty cool and wanted to post.
