My Syclone which had 4 wheel abs did that to me on several occasions. Luckily
I never hit anyone. It could never be duplicated at a service department
though. I learned never to follow too close because without warning you would
step on the brakes and the pedal would hold but the truck would only slow down
at a slow rate as if it were on ice or something.
