The best one (in this case, the most expensive) is the K&N FIPK 57-1509 or
the Mopar Performance one which is made by K&N. It's the same unit but has
the Mopar logo on it instead. $236 from Summit or a little more than that
for the Mopar one. Why is this better? The (bigger) airhat allows more air
to the TB. It's a one-piece construction (pipe and airhat) to the filter.
The pipe is also bigger than stock. The filter itself is shielded from the
engine heat by a heat shield. Cooler air = better performance. I know it's
quite a bit more but, as others have already found out, myself included,
there is a big performance difference between K&N and most of the rest of
the aftermarket ones.
