I did the locks on my '97. Bought the kit from J.C. Whitney for about $70.
Easy to install, looks good, works very well. The only (slightly) difficult
part was cutting rectangular holes for the switches. Took my time, used care,
and it looks great. Sorry, don't know about windows. Would be interested in
doing mine, too.
