Yeper....you were right, I put a cap on it and it's running much better.
The lights still on...it'll probally have to be reset

Okay, you said looking at the engine, it's on the left. The right side has
two hoses, the PCV and the PB booster. The left should have a plugged
vacuum port. That plug is always falling out on people. You need to put
another one in there, then adjust your IAT adjuster correctly. That code is
based on that IAT adjuster telling the PCM that the intake air is too hot.
Adjust it down. Without that plug you're losing power.
