Hey Ron, how you plannin on loosening the alt and a/c compressor? ;)

Punch, grab a 15mm socket and the longest ratchet you can find, more
leverage you get the easier it'll go. Just pay attention how it's routed
(there should be a belt diagram under the hood), remove and replace... easy
as pie

Make sure you loosen the tensioner, alternator, compressor, etc. Even with
that it's going to be a tight squeeze. You'll need to put some pressure on
to tighten it but, if you're a 900 lb gorilla take it easy. Too tight will
prematurely wear out the bearings on your various accessory components.

o.k. turns out I got a belt that's about to go, my neighbour in the
atomotive parts dept, got me a belt, it's dayco 5070973 (7PK2470), at
dayco's web page they list with ac or with dealer ac, what's the
difference??

also, any tips on installing the belt, first time for me!!
