I believe 99 was the last year for IB and it was never offered on the QC.

Just got back from ordering my new 2002 QC! :-)
I was surprised to find out that they are only offering 6 colors this year
for the QC: Atlantic Blue (a deep teal), Patriot Blue, Black, White, Flame
Red and Graphite (dark grey). Also surprising is that they no longer
offer Intense Blue on any Dakota models! Funny, I thought that was one of
the more popular colors.
