A 68 or 69 cuda is an "A" body cuda. A 68 has a round marker light on the
front fender while a 69 has a square on, easiest way to tell them apart.
The Nash Bridges body style cuda is an "E" body cuda, these started
production in 70. As far as the 383 goes it was part of the formula S
package. Heavy duty suspension, brakes, ect. The formula S package could
be gotten with a 383 or 340. The 340 in the light A body car was actually
quicker than the 383. When ya open the hood the easiest way to tell if its
a big block (383, 440) is if the distributor is in the front of the motor.
A 440 was also an option in these cars..they were reffered to as M code
cars. hmm...just think..all these cars are a good 10+ years older than
me..lol
