Yep, as far as I know, any powder is potentially explosive when it
is in "cloud" form. I'm not sure exactly why that is, but I have seen
recommendations to only sweep up powder when cleaning it up rather
than using a vacuum due to the risk of a spark and explosion inside the
vacuum. There are vacuum cleaners out there that have "explosion proof"
motors for this very reason though, so I guess its enough of a problem
for someone to manufacture the things.
